To ensure complete peace of mind, NOHADAYA provides a 100% Free, No-Obligation Trial Class for all prospective students across Yoga, Abacus, Calligraphy, and Handwriting. We encourage parents and students to experience our teaching methodology, meet our instructors, and assess the studio environment before paying any tuition fees.
2. Monthly Tuition Fees
- Tuition fees are structured on a monthly or quarterly basis and cover instructor allocation, study materials, and studio batch infrastructure.
- Once a batch commences and a student attends regular classes, monthly tuition fees are generally non-refundable.
- If a student must discontinue due to unforeseen medical emergencies or permanent relocation from Guwahati prior to attending the third class of a billing cycle, a prorated credit note or refund may be requested with valid documentation.
3. Leave of Absence & Fee Adjustments
- If a student anticipates an extended absence (e.g., annual school examinations, medical illness, or family travel) exceeding 14 continuous days, parents must notify the studio coordinator in writing via WhatsApp or Email at least 7 days prior.
- Approved leave of absence allows the remaining session credits to be carried forward to the subsequent billing month.
4. Special Workshops & Camps
- For short-term summer camps or weekend masterclasses, cancellation requests received at least 48 hours prior to the camp start date are eligible for a 100% refund or studio credit.
- Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the event are non-refundable due to reserved materials and instructor booking.
5. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that NOHADAYA must cancel a scheduled class or workshop due to inclement weather, citywide public holidays, or unforeseen instructor emergencies, compensatory makeup sessions will be arranged at mutually convenient timings, or appropriate credit adjustments will be made.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business working days.
