1. Policy Statement
At NOHADAYA – The Mind & Motion Studio, the physical safety, emotional well-being, and dignity of every child entrusted to our care is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child neglect, harassment, or verbal/physical intimidation.

Every child learning Abacus, Calligraphy, Handwriting, or Yoga at NOHADAYA is nurtured in a secure, supervised, and positive learning space under direct faculty supervision.
2. Educator Verification & Vetting
- All instructors and studio staff undergo thorough background verification and qualification checks before onboarding.
- Faculty members are trained in positive pedagogical approaches, patient communication, and age-appropriate learning pacing.
- The studio is directly led and monitored daily by our founder, Mrs. Noor Nahar Begum.
3. Supervised Drop-off & Safe Pickup Protocol
- Arrival: Children are welcomed directly inside the studio premises and must remain in the reception/classroom area until their batch starts.
- Departure: Minor students are released only to their registered parents or designated guardians.
- Emergency Authorization: If someone other than the registered guardian is picking up the child, parents must notify the studio coordinator in advance via call or WhatsApp at +91 70026 04856.
4. Physical Safety & Ergonomics
- Classroom furniture, seating, and activity tables are ergonomically designed for young learners to prevent strain or accidents.
- Yoga activities are strictly supervised to ensure gentle, age-appropriate mobility without hyper-extension.
- A fully equipped first-aid kit is always maintained on-site for minor scrapes or unexpected discomfort.
5. Safe Digital & Communication Boundaries
- Instructors do not interact with minor students through personal social media accounts or private phone messaging without parent involvement.
- All class reminders, progress reports, and batch updates are routed exclusively to the parent's registered mobile number.
6. Reporting Concerns & Safety Officer
