1. Purpose of Capturing Visual Media
At NOHADAYA – The Mind & Motion Studio, we celebrate our students' hard work, competition victories, and artistic milestones. From time to time, we capture photographs and video recordings during:
- State and national Abacus competitions and award ceremonies.
- Student handwriting "Before & After" diagnostic transformations.
- Calligraphy artwork showcases and student exhibitions.
- Group yoga masterclasses and workshop demonstrations.
2. Opt-In & Parental Consent Guidelines
- Upon admission, parents/guardians are provided with a consent option regarding the publication of their child's classroom achievement photographs.
- Participation in studio photography is completely optional and never a condition for admission or participation in any program.
3. Protection of Minor Identities
- Photos posted on social media focus on group learning activities, certificate distribution, or artwork close-ups.
- We do not geotag children's private personal residences or disclose individual grades/private contact details.
- Images are stored securely on studio administrative devices and accessed strictly by authorized media coordinators.
4. Easy Opt-Out & Media Removal Request
Parents and adult participants retain the right to withdraw photo/video consent at any point during enrollment. If you ever wish for a specific photograph or video clip featuring you or your child to be modified or permanently removed from our digital platforms, simply contact us:

Our team will process and take down the specified image within 24 to 48 hours of notification.
5. Photography by Visitors and Parents
To respect the privacy of all families, parents and visitors attending trial sessions or observing classes are kindly requested not to record or photograph other students without prior permission from the instructor and respective parents.
